Sausage Muffin

Our delicious breakfast sausage diced with red, yellow and Jalapeno peppers, mixed with a 2:1 ratio of scrambled eggs, laid on a bed of fresh spinach sandwiched between two whole wheat muffins. Garnished with a side of fresh berries and creamy yogurt.
